Selected Shoreline Dirtworks projects

BUILT WORK.
REAL PLACES.

Trail systems, bike facilities, private properties and tourism infrastructure shaped around terrain, use and long-term value.

A range connected by the same standard

PLAN THE SITE. SOLVE THE DETAILS. LEAVE SOMETHING THAT WORKS.

Shoreline Dirtworks has delivered public recreation infrastructure, private trail systems, pump tracks, driveways, drainage, selective clearing, specialized foundations and phased tourism-property development.

The project type changes, but the operating questions stay consistent: How will people use it? Where will water go? How will equipment reach the work? What should be retained? What must be built once and built properly?

The selected work below shows the practical range of that approach across Cape Breton and Nova Scotia.

Cape Smokey cross-country trail in dense green forest

Featured project

MACHINE-BUILT TRAILS ON A CAPE BRETON MOUNTAIN.

Cape Smokey required trail construction within steep terrain, dense forest and an active tourism setting. The approximately 3.5 km system demanded practical routing, durable tread, water management and careful equipment movement.

The project reflects the kind of work Shoreline is built for: terrain-led construction where ride experience, site impact and long-term performance all matter.

What OUR portfolio demonstrates

CAPABILITY BEYOND A SINGLE MACHINE OR SERVICE.

TERRAIN JUDGMENT

Read slopes, soil, vegetation, drainage and access before deciding how the work should move.

SPECIALIZED SHAPING

Build usable features, functional grades and clean transitions with the finish appropriate to each use.

COORDINATION

Connect clearing, excavation, foundations, materials and other trades within one workable sequence.

CLEAR HANDOFF

Keep clients informed, document progress and leave completed work ready for its next phase or daily use.

We weren’t even in the country, and Adam kept us updated with photographs and progress every step of the way. The driveway came out perfectly.
